Independent Chairman

Ron has been chairman of the Investment Committee since 2016, bringing over 35 years experience in credit and private equity. Ron is currently CEO of Growth Capital Partners (private equity) and holds numerous non-executive roles including being an Independent Non-Executive member of FNB’s commercial finance credit committee and an Independent Non-Executive member of Agribusiness Advisory Board. Previously, he was Chairman of the Sub-Saharan Regional Advisory Council for Aureos Capital (private equity).
